  • Devised a comprehensive program model, leveraging Theory of Change and Program Logic Models, to expand the formative assessment of global competencies across 17 short-term international education programs

  • Leveraged instructional design methodologies to design bespoke intercultural curriculum and implemented asynchronous virtual training course on Canvas that prepared students for international, experiential learning programs
